General

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect immediately. It is your responsibility to read them before placing an order.

Products and Ordering

We reserve the right to refuse any order. You will be informed by e-mail and a full refund given.
All items on our website are stock items but if an item is out of stock we will inform you by e-mail. You will then have the option to cancel the order or wait for the item to arrive.
Please note colours or makes of items may differ from those shown unless stated in the product title.
All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to be as accurate as possible.

Payment

Full payment must be received before any goods are despatched.
The price you pay is the price displayed on the website at the time of ordering plus any relevant carriage costs.
If we discover an error in the price of goods we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the new price or cancelling it.

Returns and Cancellations

We offer a money back guarantee on unwanted goods returned within 14 days of purchase.
Return the item to us in the same condition it was delivered to you, unopened in the original packaging.
Please note we are unable to refund carriage charges except on faulty or incorrect items.

If the item is in a fully resalable condition complete with undamaged packaging we will issue you with a full refund for the product.

If the item has been used, or if the packaging is damaged we may make a deduction to offset the reduction in value of the item for resale.

We will contact you if this is the case. Remember that you are able to handle the goods only to the extent that you would in a shop. 
We aim to process refunds quickly but please allow up to 14 days (from the time that an item is received back to us) for a refund to be processed. In the unlikely event that you receive faulty, damaged or incorrect goods please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent.
Gas appliances may not be returned once any packaging has been opened. Certain items are exempt from being returned electrical units, PCB’s NOTE PLEASE - these items are in a sealed box and security stamped. Therefore there is no returns unless proved faulty on return to supplier for inspection - then refund will be offered .Please make sure it is definitely the PCB that has failed - if not sure please use your local Caravan engineer / dealer.
Warranties for gas appliances will only be valid if installed by a qualified gas engineer.
Returns should be made to our address in our contact page.
Claims for shortages or damages must be made by e-mail or phone to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Privacy Policy

Your details will NOT be passed on to anyone else.
Your details will only be used in connection with your order.
We will send you very occasional sales e-mails if you have requested to receive them.
Passwords are stored in an encrypted format so no one other than you can view them.

Delivery

Most orders are despatched next working day for delivery the following working day. We make every effort to deliver quickly but our standard delivery options are not guaranteed.
Please check your order immediately, once delivered, as any claims for shortages or damages must be made by e-mail or phone to us within 48 hours of delivery.


If you have asked for your order to be left safe (e.g "by the front door") this will be completely your responsibilty. If you have specified this, no claims will be accepted should the order go missing after delivery (our couriers are able to provide proof of delivery).
We will not accept any liability for delay or failure to deliver goods within estimated timescales.
